- Garden View rooms with A/C. Kitchen area: microwave, refrigerator, 2 burner hot plate, kitchen sink with hot water. Unit also has ceiling fans and windows to catch tradewinds. Front door with covered patio entry.
- Ocean View rooms with vaulted ceilings. Kitchen area: four-burner gas stove w/ oven, fridge, microwave, kitchen sink with hot water. Unit has ceiling fans and windows to catch tradewinds. Front door with covered patio entry.
- Private Bathroom with large tiled showers with hot & cold water.
- Onsite daily gardener Miguel - watch his green thumb at work!
- Duty watchman nightly
Guava Grove Villas: Renting Monthly Only 3 month minimum
$475 per month includes power and water.
